TFAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who is this training for?
Athletes who:
Want to be coached
Are willing to be uncomfortable

If an athlete struggles with accountability or direction, this may not be the right environment.
2. What happens if my child is asked to leave?
If a player:
Repeatedly ignores instruction
Disrupts the session
Shows poor attitude or effort
They may be dismissed from training without a refund. This decision is final and made in the best interest of the group.
3. Can parents coach or instruct during sessions?

Parents are asked to observe quietly or wait off-court. Mixed instruction confuses athletes and slows development.

No refunds for:
Missed sessions
Dismissals due to behavior
Late arrivals
Lack of effort or buy-in
Commitment is required before stepping on the floor.
5. How do I get workouts or programs to keep?

In-person training is for execution, correction, and growth—not recording.
6. What does success look like in this program?
Success looks like:
Improved decision-making
Better habits
Higher effort and energy
Confidence under pressure
Transfer of skills to real games and real life
Basketball is the vehicle.
Character, discipline, and growth are the destination.
