• ❌ No social media content captured during sessions

• Athletes

• Anyone observing training

Workouts are proprietary, developmental, and individualized. Recording disrupts focus and violates program trust.

If you are interested in purchasing workouts, programs, or digital content, those will be offered separately through approved platforms.
In-person training sessions are not content creation sessions.
